JP Selects is John Paul DeJoria’s online marketplace for socially-responsible products
ROK Global PLC, the mobile and web technologies company, has announced JP Selects (www.jpselects.com ), its e-commerce platform for socially aware and eco-friendly brands and products, is now open for free membership registration.
With the motto “the best for you, better for the world,” JP Selects will offer consumers a variety of the world’s best, socially responsible, products aimed at helping consumers live a more ecologically responsible lifestyle.
JP Selects is the brainchild of John Paul DeJoria and Jonathan Kendrick, the co-founders of ROK Global PLC.
Listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, ROK has pioneered many new technologies in the rapidly-evolving mobile and web space, including high quality mass-market Mobile TV (which can be streamed, live and on-demand, over mass-market 2.5G as well as 3G and Wi-Fi) as well as mobile security technologies currently being licensed to law enforcement agencies and multi-language text-to-speech technologies.
In addition to being co-founder of ROK, John Paul DeJoria is Chairman and CEO of John Paul Mitchell Systems, the producer and manufacturer of Paul Mitchell hair care products which achieve in-salon retail sales of approximately US $800m annually through more than 100,000 salons worldwide. John Paul is also co-founder of Patron Tequila, the worlds leading premium tequila brand.
Jonathan Kendrick, co-founder, Chairman and CEO of ROK Global, is a highly successful serial entrepreneur specialising in technology development.
“I believe success unshared is failure. I want to share my success with good people that sell great products while promoting a sustainable future and good business practices,” explained John Paul DeJoria. “We’re proud to offer products that are best for the consumer and better for the world.”
The JP Selects website is now live for free membership registration and will be open for sales June 16, 2011.
