ROK appoint PwC as Auditor

ROK Global PLC, the UK-based mobile and web technology, applications and services company listed on the Open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has appointed PwC (formerly known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) as auditor.

Headquartered in London, PwC is one of the ‘Big Four’ accountancy firms with offices in 154 countries and 161,000 staff worldwide.

Commenting on the appointment, Andrew Hammond, Partner at PwC in Birmingham, UK, said “We are very pleased to have been appointed by ROK at this exciting time in their development and growth.”
