JP Selects Begins Product Distribution With Groupon

First two JP Selects products marketed by Groupon are Revivogen and JP Pets

ROK Global PLC, the technology, applications and services company, has announced its online shopping portal for eco-conscious consumers, JP Selects, has begun to distribute selected products through Groupon, the world’s biggest online direct marketing company, to promote, initially, several thousand Revivogen hair restoring kits and a package of JP Pets products.

Commenting on the arrangement with Groupon, Jonathan Kendrick, Chairman of ROK said “Groupon, of course, has an enormous customer base across the United States and an estimated 150 million opt-in subscribers worldwide, so the distribution of JP Selects products through Groupon is another fantastic development which is already proving hugely successful with many thousands of sales made with much more to come.” 

Groupon, launched in 2008, is the world’s biggest ‘deal-of-the-day’ website and features discounted gift certificates, marketed to opt-in consumers, usable with local or national companies. 

By December 2011 Groupon had a total of 150 million registered subscribers worldwide and now employs a total of 7,000 people in the US alone with combined global billings in 2011 of USD $4 Billion, of which $1.6 Billion were generated within the US arm of the business.
